七月しちがつになると、日本にほん各地かくちで「海うみ開びらき」が行おこなわれ、海水浴かいすいよくの季節きせつが始はじまります。海うみ開びらきとは、その年としに初はじめて海うみで泳およげるようになる日ひのことです。多おおくの海水浴場かいすいよくじょうには監視員かんしいんがいて、泳およいでいい場所ばしょを旗はたで知しらせます。安全あんぜんのために、決きめられた区域くいきの中なかで泳およぎ、子こどもからは目めを離はなさないようにしましょう。お酒さけを飲のんだあとに泳およぐのは危険きけんです。海上保安庁かいじょうほあんちょうは、毎年まいとし夏なつに水みずの事故じこに注意ちゅういするよう呼よびかけています。
