気象庁きしょうちょうは、七月しちがつ四日よっかから八月はちがつ三日みっかまでの一いっか月げつ予報よほうを発表はっぴょうしました。予報よほうによると、北日本きたにほん、東日本ひがしにほん、西日本にしにほんでは気温きおんが平年へいねんより高たかくなりそうです。暑あつい日ひが続つづくと、熱中症ねっちゅうしょうになる人ひとが増ふえます。外そとに出でるときは、水みずやお茶ちゃをこまめに飲のみましょう。部屋へやの中なかでもエアコンを上手じょうずに使つかって、暑あつさから体からだを守まもることが大切たいせつです。
