日本にほんに来くる外国人がいこくじんの観光客かんこうきゃくが、年々ねんねん増ふえています。有名ゆうめいな観光地かんこうちでは人ひとが多おおすぎて、電車でんしゃが混こんだり、ごみが増ふえたりする問題もんだいが起おきています。これを「オーバーツーリズム」と言いいます。政府せいふは、二〇三〇年にせんさんじゅうねんまでに、対策たいさくを行おこなう地域ちいきを今いまの四十七よんじゅうななから百ひゃくに増ふやす計画けいかくを決きめました。観光客かんこうきゃくをたくさん呼よびながら、地元じもとの人ひとの生活せいかつも守まもることが目標もくひょうです。
