夏休みの朝はラジオ体操
1 min read7月の後半になると、多くの学校で夏休みが始まります。夏休みの朝、地域の公園や広場で「ラジオ体操」が行われます。子どもや大人が6時半ごろに集まり、ラジオの音楽に合わせて10分ほど体を動かします。子どもは参加するたびに、カードにスタンプをもらえます。早起きの習慣がつき、健康にも良いと言われています。
