秋は毒きのこに注意
1 min read秋はきのこ狩りの季節ですが、毒きのこによる食中毒も多くなります。農林水産省によると、2016年から2024年までに546人が毒きのこで食中毒になりました。そのうち8割ぐらいが9月と10月でした。一番多い「ツキヨタケ」は、シイタケなどの食べられるきのことよく似ています。よくわからないきのこは、とらない、食べない、人にあげないようにしましょう。
